About this Training
This 11-day transformative pilgrimage combines advanced Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and meditative practices to awaken Kundalini Shakti. Set in sacred Rishikesh, you practice by the holy Ganga while receiving expert guidance on energy channeling, chakra opening, and spiritual evolution in India's spiritual heartland.
The retreat blends classical yogic disciplines with wisdom teachings on consciousness and oneness. Purification practices, sacred rituals, temple visits, and nature immersion happen while staying in a serene ashram nestled in the Himalayan foothills, an authentic environment for deep inner transformation.
